Sheriff Country (2025 TV Series) Synopsis
Sheriff Country follows Sheriff Mickey Fox (Morena Baccarin), a no-nonsense law enforcer in the small California town of Edgewater. Once known for its charm and serenity, Edgewater hides a darker side filled with crime, corruption, and personal vendettas. Mickey’s world grows more complicated as she confronts her ex-con father, Wes (W. Earl Brown), and deals with the emotional fallout of her daughter Skye’s troubled past.
While Mickey tries to bring justice to her community, she’s haunted by the same ghosts that tie her to Fire Country’s Leone family—her stepsister Sharon Leone (Diane Farr) and firefighter nephew Bode Leone (Max Thieriot). Between her badge, family, and fractured relationships, Mickey must balance the duty of keeping others safe while holding her own life together.
