After being blamed for a murder he did not commit, Rudo is thrown into the Pit, a massive dumping ground beneath the floating Sphere where society discards both trash and people it no longer wants. Rescued by a mysterious fighter named Enjin, Rudo discovers he possesses a rare ability as a Giver, someone who can draw power from objects infused with emotion and history.
