Route 187 is a 2026 American crime drama limited series created by Mark E. Swinton. Starring Rico Ball, Clark Moore, Cuyle Carvin, Christopher Livingstone, Josef Cannon, Bibby Bankz, Mia Hunt and Nicky Buggs, the series follows a community dealing with violence along city bus Route 87, which residents have nicknamed “Route 187” because of its connection to homicide.
The story begins when teenager Terrell and bus driver Paul are attacked, setting off a police investigation and drawing attention from reporter Mason James. As detectives search for those responsible, the series follows the victims’ families, local residents and authorities as the case develops and further violence affects the community.
