Watson Season 2 (2025) Synopsis
Dr. John Watson (Morris Chestnut) returns for another season of medical mysteries and moral dilemmas. Following the events of Season 1, Watson and his team of “doc-tectives” at the clinic face some of the world’s rarest diseases while confronting new emotional and ethical challenges.
In Season 2, Sherlock Holmes — long presumed dead — resurfaces, forcing Watson to face haunting secrets from his past, including one hidden within his own body.
