Unskilled Adult (2026) Synopsis
Unskilled Adult follows Australian comedian Hamish Blake, who launches a fictional business called UA Enterprises with a rotating team of celebrity friends. As the company’s self-appointed CEO, Hamish recruits entertainers who have little or no experience in the jobs they must complete. Their assignments include welding trailers, catering weddings, building planter boxes, and creating costumes for community theatre productions. Every challenge pushes the inexperienced team into unfamiliar situations where creativity and teamwork become essential. Unfortunately, their lack of professional training often turns seemingly simple tasks into hilarious disasters. At the end of each assignment, the client evaluates the finished work and decides how much the team deserves to be paid. Through unexpected mistakes, surprising victories, and plenty of laughter, the series celebrates learning new skills and embracing failure at any age.
