The story follows 19-year-old Anthony Bourdain as he spends a summer in Provincetown, Massachusetts, where he finds himself working in the demanding environment of a restaurant kitchen. Surrounded by chefs, cooks, and restaurant workers, Tony gets his first real experience of the unpredictable world of professional cooking.
