What If Christmas is a 2026 American Christmas romantic television film directed by Jerry Ciccoritti and written by Julie Sherman Wolfe and Cara J. Russell. The film stars Lori Loughlin and Tom Cavanagh as Erin and Adam, a married couple whose lives take an unexpected turn when a magical Christmas ornament gives Erin the chance to experience a different future.

The story follows Erin, a New York City woman who has spent years supporting her husband Adam, a heart surgeon, by organizing Christmas charity events at his hospital. When Adam moves to a new hospital, Erin finds herself without her usual responsibilities and begins questioning her decision to give up her dream of becoming a fashion designer.

After receiving a mysterious heart-shaped Christmas ornament, Erin wakes up in an alternate reality where she is a world-famous fashion designer. Although she has achieved the career she always wanted, she discovers that her success has come at the cost of personal happiness. As she encounters another version of Adam and attends Christmas celebrations, Erin begins reconsidering her priorities and searching for a way to bring more meaning to her life and career.
