Rocky Mountain Wreckers Season 2 Synopsis
Rocky Mountain Wreckers Season 2 follows fearless heavy-duty towing crews working along the dangerous mountain highways of Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. These experienced professionals face blizzards, hurricane-force winds, icy roads, and massive vehicle accidents while keeping essential transportation routes open. Their work becomes increasingly dangerous when overturned semi-trucks and damaged haulers block busy highways. In Colorado, a damaged truck carrying US mail shuts down Interstate 70, creating a difficult recovery operation. Meanwhile, Wyoming’s powerful winds and Utah’s frozen overpasses push recovery teams to their limits. The season also features a devastating 78-vehicle pileup near the Eisenhower Tunnel, forcing crews to work together under extreme pressure. Combining real-life danger, teamwork, and impressive machinery, this Discovery Channel documentary series reveals the extraordinary challenges faced by America’s mountain recovery specialists.
