My Name Is Gutierrez is a 2026 series that follows Deputy Commissioner Gutierrez as he investigates the murder of the Russian Ambassador in Buenos Aires. Gutierrez is used to dealing with local crime, but this case is much bigger than anything he normally handles, especially when the CIA becomes involved.
Gutierrez has to work with CIA agent Mike Robinson, even though the two do not get along. Both want to solve the murder first, while Lieutenant Torcoletti, Commissioner Capote, and the rest of Gutierrez’s team help follow the clues.
As the investigation continues, the team finds fake IDs, kidnappers, criminals, and links to a Russian network in Buenos Aires. The eight-episode series mixes comedy and drama as Gutierrez tries to find the killer and learn who has really been controlling the case.
